Emeril's Mole Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup darkish raisins
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine

- 1 1/4 cup complete wheat flour
- 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- 1 cup straightforward cooking oats
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon flooring ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: Chop raisins (getting a foodstuff processor if probable). Product butter, sugar, molasses and egg. Incorporate flour, dry milk, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ginger. Mix into creamed blend with skim mi.
