SAUERKRAUT AND BEAN SOUP
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons bacon pounds, lard, or peanut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless pork butt, trimmed of body weight and slash into chunk-sizing components
- Water as essential
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Salt to style
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
