Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Salad Dressing
Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
Onions
Vegetable oil
Rice vinegar
Water
Ginger root
Celery
Tamari soy sauce
Tomatoes
Sugar
Lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until almost smooth.
2. Makes 6 servings, each of about 2 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons each.
3. Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
4. There are many variations of this dressing floating about the Internet, some more authentic than others.
