15 Minute Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients:
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
beef, flank, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 0" fat, all grades, cooked, broiled
oil, olive, salad or cooking
shortening, vegetable, household, composite
sauce, teriyaki, ready-to-serve
Directions:
Cook and stir steak in hot oil in nonstick skillet, about 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and teriyaki sauce; Cover.
Simmer on low heat for 4 minutes, serve over rice.
