Ingredients:
apples, raw, with skin
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
mustard, prepared, yellow
apples, raw, with skin
spices, cloves, ground
Directions:
Soak apricots in cider for 1 hour.
After ham has cooked 1-1 1/2 hrs, remove from oven.
Add in above ingredients, blended together.
Ham rule of thumb = 325 degrees at 25 min per lb..
