Feta cheese & capers

1â„2 teaspoon blended peppercorns
8 coriander seeds
350g/12oz feta cheese, cubed
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and worn out
1 sprig of clean oregano or thyme olive oil to deal with
16 black olives sizzling toast
Directions:
First, applying a mortar and pestle, frivolously crush the peppercorns and coriander seeds.
Then, within a screwtop glass jar, layer the feta cheese, garlic, bay leaf, flooring peppercorns and coriander seeds, capers and a fresh new sprig of thyme or oregano.
Then, pour within just sufficient oil to deal with the cheese, and marinate for 2 months inside the fridge.
Finally, provide the feta cheese upon warm toast collectively with the black olives and a drizzling of oil.
