CAPERS Within OLIVE OIL
Capers in salt
Crimson-wine vinegar
Superior, fresh-tasting olive oil
Rinse the salt carefully versus the capers and drain them perfectly. Destination them in a jar or reduced bowl, pour vinegar more than them to cover, soak for 1 hour, and drain perfectly. Pour olive oil around the capers to protect. To serve, spoon capers on to a piece or reduce of bread and fold it over them as a result they gained’t roll off.
