Artichoke and Swiss Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
artichokes, (globe or french), raw
cheese, parmesan, hard

salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
cream, sour, cultured
cheese, parmesan, hard
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese melts together.
Refrigerate to use as a spread.
You can also serve this as a dip either hot or cold.
