Jenny's Muesli
Ingredients:
oats
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
nuts, almonds
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
honey
salt, table
vanilla extract
raisins, seeded
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
Directions:
Melt honey and oil in saucepan, pour over remaining ingredients.
Bake in oven at 150 C for 30 minutes, turning every 5-7 minutes.
Cool.
Add dried fruit.
Store in air-tight jars.
