JICAMA-APPLE SLAW WITH CREAMY YOGURT DRESSING
DRESSING
½ cup undeniable yogurt
3 tablespoons more-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon refreshing lime juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon flooring cumin
½ teaspoon recently flooring black pepper
SLAW
1 minimal jicama, around 1 pound, peeled, quartered, thinly sliced, and julienned
½ low brain green cabbage, thinly sliced (4 cups)
2 superior, ripe Granny Smith apples, quartered and thinly sliced
½ pink onion reduce within 50 percent and thinly sliced
½ cup close to chopped clean cilantro leaves
