Cole Slaw Dressing Recipe: A True Cafe Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2/3 teaspoons salt
- 2/3 teaspoons celery seed
- 2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoons mustard (or to taste) Sprint of white pepper
Directions:
1. Add any other greens you including to the slaw blend
2. Mix in all dressing components and combination very well
3. Include basically more than enough dressing to slaw combine to moisten nicely
4. Refrigerate
5. Improve much more dressing to your taste as some desire gentle dressing and other people want heavier dressing
6. Take note: I endorse you mix in the dressing to your slaw merge simply just right before serving to prevent the slaw getting soggy.
