Parmesan Whitefish
Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular
lemon juice, raw
spices, basil, dried
spices, pepper, black
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
1.
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and garlic salt.
Mix well and set aside.
2.
Arrange fillets in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
