Oriental Style Wilted Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
spinach, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
lemon juice, raw
lemon juice, raw
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
sugars, granulated
mushrooms, white, raw
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
Directions:
Place spinach in a large salad bowl.
Heat vegetable oil, lemon juice, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil in small skillet.
Stir in sugar.
Pour warm dressing over spinach and toss until greens are slightly wilted and well coated.
Add mushrooms and toss; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
