Sally's Gingersnaps

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
spices, ginger, ground
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, cloves, ground
sugars, brown
oil, olive, salad or cooking
molasses

Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Roll into 1 1/2" balls.
Roll balls in sugar.
Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press in the center of the ball with 2 fingers to slightly flatten.
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.
