Baked Jerusalem Artichokes, Breadcrumbs, Thyme and Lemon
Ingredients:
- 285ml / ½ pint double product or créme fraiche
- Salt and recently floor black pepper
- 1kg/2lb 3oz Jerusalem artichokes, peeled and sliced as thick as a pencil
- 2kg / 4½ lb least difficult dwell Mussels
- Salt and recently flooring black pepper
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
