Spicy Thai Prawn Curry
Ingredients:
- 30ml spoon olive oil, to loosen
- 400ml can coconut milk
- 200g great green beans, tailed
- 200g babycorn
- 300g chilled or frozen cooked prawns, tiger prawns or king prawns
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
