Instant Potato Soup Mix with Curry

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups instant mashed potatoes
1 1/2 cups dry milk
2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 cup cheese powder (optional)

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, place in a jar and seal.
2. To serve, place 1/2 cup mix in a soup bowl, add 1 cup boiling water and stir until smooth.

Variation:
Add ham and/or cheese, or sprinkle with bacon bits.
