Spatzle (Spaetzle Noodles) Classes: German, Breads

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 3 cup Flour; unbleached
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 4 Eggs; superior, beaten
• 1/4 cup Butter

Instructions:
1. Sift flour, salt and nutmeg alongside one another inside a bowl. Pour eggs and 1/4 cup water into centre of flour mix, beat with a picket spoon.
2. Add adequate water to create the dough a bit sticky, still maintaining it elasticup and rigid. Getting a spaetzle device or a colander with medium holes, force the noodles into a higher pot entire of boiling salted water.
3. Cook noodles inside the water more than 5 minutes or until finally they add to the show up. Bring noodles out and drain on paper towels.
4. Brown noodles in just melted butter higher than reduced warm.
