Kasespatzle (Spaetzle Cheese Noodles) Groups: German, Breads, Cheese/eggs

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp Butter or margarine
• 3 Onions;sliced inside of minimal rings
• 3 oz Emmenthaler cheese; grated
• 1 tsp Dry mustard
• 2 cup Spaetzle noodles
• 2 tbsp Chives; cutped

Instructions:
1. Warm butter in just frypan, add onions, and brown lightly. Throw cheese with dry mustard. Add cooked noodles to cooked onions and cheese; mix perfectly.
2. Area mix inside an ovenproof casserole. Bake at 300°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until eventually hot and bubbly.
3. Sprinkle supreme with cutped chives prior to serving.
