Ingredients:
• 3/4 cup Butter Or Margarine
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 Eggs; Substantial
• 1 tbsp Rum
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 2 1/4 cup Flour; Unbleached
• 1/4 cup Almonds; Floor
• 1 tbsp Orange Rind; Grated
• 1/4 cup Raisins; If Most well-liked
Instructions:
1. Cream butter and sugar. Combat inside eggs, rum, vanilla, and milk. Add cinnamon, baking powder, and flour.
2. Add flour mix to butter mix. Carefully combine inside of almonds, orange rind, and raisins. Pour batter into greased muffin tins, filling 50 percent complete.
3. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned. Helps make 18 muffins.
