Ingredients:
225g/8oz cottage cheese
25g/1oz caster sugar
300ml/10fl oz double product
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 egg whites, stiffly whisked
150ml/5fl oz solitary product

Directions:
First, push the cottage cheese for the duration of a nylon sieve into a bowl. Increase sugar and incorporate very well.
Then, whip the product until finally rigid, then increase the lemon juice. Mixture into the cheese and sugar blend. Fold in just the stiffly whisked egg whites.
