Créme Brûlée - The Direction I including It
Ingredients:
- 300g / 11oz refreshing rhubarb
- 300ml / 11fl oz double product
- 200ml / 7fl oz complete pounds milk
- 80g / 2 ¾ oz sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and recently flooring black pepper
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
