Autumn Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
vinegar, balsamic
syrup, maple, canadian
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, garlic powder
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
sugars, brown
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, paprika
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
Directions:
1.
Mix vinegar, syrup, yellow mustard, and 1 tablespoon garlic salt for marinade.
Place tenderloin in marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (aim for a full day if you have time).
2.
Mix the rub: brown sugar, ground mustard, paprika, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and remaining 2 tablespoons garlic salt.
3.
Preheat grill.
Roll tenderloin in the rub and rub in spices.
Grill tenderloin until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees (about 30 minutes on medium heat).
