Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
sugars, brown
cornstarch
catsup
vinegar, distilled
mustard, prepared, yellow
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sauce, barbecue
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a baking dish (one that is big enough to hold the tenderloin) until dissolved.
Then add the rest of the ingredients except for the pork tenderloin.
Mix well.
Add the pork tenderloin.
Cover the dish with a sheet of foil.
Bake for 1.5 hours.
Take out the tenderloin, and place it on a cutting board.
Thinly slice the tenderloin and place it back in the sauce.
Serve the tenderloin with the sauce over top.
