Sweet " Tater" Biscuits

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
sweet potato, raw, unprepared
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients.
Cut in margarine.
Add potatoes and enough milk to make a soft dough.
Knead lightly on floured board 5 minutes.
Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness, cut in rounds and place on a lightly greased baking sheet or iron skillet.
Bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes.
