Grilled artichoke salad

Ingredients:
substances
400g/14oz canned artichoke hearts, exhausted and halved
olive oil for brushing
3 Small Gem lettuces
salt and recently flooring black pepper
For the dressing
200ml/7fl oz more virgin olive oil
200ml/7fl oz grapeseed oil
125ml/4fl oz white wine vinegar pinch of granulated sugar
pinch of mustard powder
2 garlic cloves, beaten

Directions:
First, preheat the grill right up until sizzling. Year the artichoke hearts with salt and pepper, and brush with olive oil. Grill right up until charred spherical the edges.
Then, to create the dressing, put the oils, vinegar, sugar, mustard powder and garlic into a substantial screwtop glass jar. Seal the jar and shake nicely. Time with salt and pepper.
Finally, throw the lettuces in just the dressing with the artichokes, and provide.
