Zesty Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield: 6 1/2 dozen

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-explanation flour
- 1 1/4 cups full-wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon floor cloves
- 1/4 cup unsalted (adorable) butter, softened
- 1 cup mild brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 ounces (1 cup) semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
1. First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Next, sift with each other the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. Established apart.
3. Then, in a major blending bowl, beat the butter and sugars till the blend is mild and fluffy. Overcome in the egg and the orange extract. Incorporate the grated zucchini and merge very well.
