Hunter's Chicken Roasting Rub
Ingredients:
spices, paprika
spices, onion powder
spices, garlic powder
celery, raw
spices, thyme, dried
spices, bay leaf
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Mix all ingredient thoroughly together and store in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
To use rub vigorously over the skin of chicken or any poultry before roasting.
Makes about 1 cup of rub.
