Power Oatmeal Flax Breakfast
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
oats
seeds, flaxseed
blueberries, raw
spices, cinnamon, ground
salt, table
sugars, granulated
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
Directions:
In a small saucepan, heat water until boiling.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to lowest setting and simmer until liquid is abosrbed, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
