Easy, Tangy Apricot-Glazed Pork
Ingredients:

honey
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees .
Mix the jam and mustard in a small bowl.
Rub pork with the salt and pepper.
Roast pork for about 8 minutes, then turn and brush the top with the glaze.
Roast for another 8 minutes then turn and glaze the top.
Pork is done when the meat thermometer reads 160 degrees , or after about 25 total minutes.
