Chili Barbecue Sauce

Yield: 21�"2 pt (1.25 L)

Ingredients:
- 11�"2 pt (750 mL) Bottled chili sauce
- 8 fl oz (250 mL) Soy sauce
- 2 oz (60 g) Dim brown sugar
- 11�"2 fl oz (45 mL) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pt (500 mL) Water
- 6 fl oz (175 mL) Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) hot red pepper sauce
- 2 Full chipotle chiles
- 3 tbsp (45 mL) Chili powder

Directions:
1. First, blend all components in a heavy saucepot. Deliver to a boil.
2. Next, simmer 15 minutes.
3. Then, pressure.
4. Finally, improve the seasoning with salt if essential. (It is not in all probability that added salt will be required; the soy sauce is salty.).
