Sweet and Spicy Korean Ribs

Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
salt, table
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw
sauce, barbecue
honey
sauce, hot chile, sriracha

Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and seasonings until blended.
Place ribs in large shallow dish.
Rub seasoning mix evenly over both sides of ribs.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.
Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F.
Wrap ribs in heavy-duty foil; place on grate over unlit area.
Cover.
Grill 2 hours, turning ribs every 30 min.
and monitoring for consistent grill temperature.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
Unwrap ribs; discard foil.
Place ribs over lit area of barbecue; brush with half the barbecue sauce mixture.
Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
