Brussels Sprouts With Mushroom Glaze

Ingredients:
brussels sprouts, raw
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
lemon juice, raw
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, thyme, dried
mushrooms, white, raw

Directions:
Trim the Brussels sprout and halve lengthwise.
Steam until tender, about 10 minutes.
Set aside.
In a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
Whisk in the lemon juice, mustard and thyme.
Add the mushrooms.
Boil until the stock is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
Add the Brussels sprouts.
Toss well to coat with the glaze.
