Dorothy's Trail Mix
Ingredients:
1 cup raisins, 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup raw cashews, 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup each dried apples and apricots (diced), 1 cup carob chips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Store in tightly sealed jars. Portion into small plastic bags as needed. Makes 5.5 cups.
