Veggie Combo
Ingredients:
2 cups chunked potatoes, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup sliced tomatoes, 1 cup sliced zucchini, 1 cup sliced cauliflower, 1 cup broccoli florets. Dressing: 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup minced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos, 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
Steam the potatoes until soft, then mix with other vegetables. Whisk the dressing ingredients and pour over the veggies. Stir gently and chill for 1 hour before serving.
