Herbed Veggie Combo Recipe

Ingredients:
beans, snap, green, raw
squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
peppers, sweet, green, raw
onions, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
salt, table
spices, rosemary, dried
spices, thyme, dried

Directions:
Steam green beans for 10 min.
Add in zucchini and steam for 10 min more.
In small saucepan, cook the onion and peppers in the oil over medium heat.
Stir in tomatoes and spices and heat through.
Pour over the beans and zucchini.
Toss gently to mix.
Yield: 2 servings - 1 c. each.
