Carob Peanut Butter Delights
Ingredients:
honey
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
carob flour
seeds, sesame seeds, whole, dried
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
dates, deglet noor
Directions:
Mix honey and peanut butter and heat over low heat.
Add carob powder and mix well.
Add rest of ingredients.
Mix.
Pour into a 9x9 inch pan, and cool in refrigerator until hard.
Cut into pieces.
