11⁄2 cups purified water
3 medium or 4 small bananas, peeled, minimize into chunks
4 tablespoons uncooked cashew, almond, or sunflower seed butter
2–4 tablespoons uncooked carob powder (Use the improved selection for challenging carob taste)
1 teaspoon organic vanilla flavoring
Pinch of sea salt
Guidance
1. Put the water, bananas, nut or seed butter, carob, vanilla, and salt in a blender and purée until thick and comfortable, around 30 seconds.
2. Serve inside eyeglasses or insulated mugs. This mix is large within natural and organic sugars, fat, and fiber, as a result sip amazingly little by little and “chew” each and every sip, blending very well with your saliva as a result that it digests with advantage. No gulping, you should. Savor the loaded, creamy carob goodness.
