Mushroom Salad II
Ingredients:
mushrooms, white, raw
celery, raw
parsley, fresh
cheese, parmesan, hard
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, red wine
mustard, prepared, yellow
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar and mustard.
Add mushrooms, celery, parsley, cheese and onions and toss until evenly coated.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
