Barbecue Sauce and Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
onions, raw
spices, garlic powder
oil, olive, salad or cooking
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
vinegar, cider
honey
sauce, worcestershire
mustard, prepared, yellow
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
sauce, hoisin, ready-to-serve
spices, chili powder
spices, cumin seed
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, ginger, ground
spices, garlic powder
Directions:
In a large sauce pan on low heat, saute the onions and garlic with the vegetable oil for 10 to 15 minutes, until the onions are translucent but not browned.
Stir all remaining ingredients into the pan.
Simmer uncovered on low heat for 30 minutes.
Use immediately or store in the fridge.
