Broccoli Tree On Sour Cream Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
cream, sour, cultured
broccoli, raw
cherries, sweet, raw
cauliflower, raw
Directions:
Spread lowfat sour cream dip in 1/2 inch thickness on bottom of shallow rectangular serving dish.
Arrange broccoli florets in Christmas tree shape, using stalk to create trunk.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes to resemble tree decorations.
Surround "tree" with cauliflower florets.
Cover and chill for up to 1 hour.
Serve with toothpicks.
Add in more florets as needed to maintain tree shape.
Makes 12 to 15servings
