cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
cherries, sweet, raw
raisins, seeded
nuts, almonds
Directions:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
Separate into 4 plastic bags or other small containers.
