Ingredients:
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
seeds, sunflower seed kernels, dried
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
dates, deglet noor
Directions:
Place all ingredients together in a plastic container.
Shake well to combine.
Divide mixture into 4 plastic bags.
