Spicy Honey Mustard Pretzels
Ingredients:
pretzels, soft, unsalted
oil, olive, salad or cooking
honey
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, onion powder
sauce, hot chile, sriracha
Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 300 F. 2.
Break pretzels into small bite-size pieces.
3.
In a large bowl, combine oil, honey, mustard, onion powder and Sriracha.
If you do not like spice omit the Sriracha.
If you love spice, add in a few more teaspoons.
4.
Add pretzels into the honey mustard and mix very well to coat evenly.
The pretzels should be wet with the honey mustard mixture.
5.
Spread mixture in one layer onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
6.
Bake in a 300 F oven for 12 minutes.
Remove pans from the oven, stir, and return to oven.
Repeat this three more times for a total of 48 minutes.
Make sure you alternate oven racks if you have more than one sheet of pretzels.
When done remove the pans from the oven to a cooling rack.

Let pretzels cool and store in an airtight container.
