Mahogany Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
roland, seasoned rice wine vinegar,
oil, sesame, salad or cooking
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
honey
sugars, brown
spices, garlic powder
spices, ginger, ground
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a small sauce pan.
Heat on low until all ingredients are combined and sugar is dissolved.
Let cool then pour over chicken and let marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Grill or bake chicken using your preferred method.
Great for any cut of chicken.
Note: instead of a marinade, you can use this for a dipping sauce also.
Continue to cook over low heat until reduced by half and thickened.
