1/2 lb skinny slash beef spherical sandwich steaks
1/2 higher onion, sliced into rings
1/2 tsp olive oil
8 oz sliced mushrooms
4 seconds cooking spray (I together with Intelligent Balance)
garlic powder to style
salt and new cracked pepper to flavor


For the sandwich:

4 slices low-weight cheese slices (I utilized Sargento provolone)
