Cococabana Breakfast Millet

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
bananas, raw
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,

Directions:
Combine water and milk in a nonstick saucepan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil, then add millet.
Cook for 20-30 minutes over medium low heat without stirring, until mixture takes on a porridge-like consistency.
Ladle millet into four serving bowls.
Add 1/4 cup sliced bananas, 2 Tablespoons shredded coconut, and 1 Tablespoon dark chocolate chips to each bowl.
