Rum Cooler
Ingredients:
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
Directions:
Shake and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge & a cherry.
