RASPBERRY MOUSSE


2/3 c. Strawberry Fanciful
1/8 tsp. product of tartar
2 egg whites
1/2 c. whipping product


Incorporate product of tartar to egg whites, overcome until eventually rigid, still not dry. Fold into Strawberry Fanciful. Fold the whipped product into the fruit blend. Chill just before serving or freeze for frozen mousse. For style change test: Strawberry, blueberry, orange pineapple, pineapple berry or peach.
