Cinnamon Raisin Bites
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oil, canola
honey
raisins, seeded
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the four, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Stir in raisins.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove to wire racks.
